We collect information directly from you when you interact with this website, specifically through our Donate, Volunteer, Sponsor a Cause, and Partner With Us forms:

• Donate form: full name, phone number, email address, and the donation amount you select or enter.
• Volunteer form: full name, phone number, email address, your area of interest (Education Support, Healthcare Camps, Food & Welfare Drives, Community Upliftment, or Event Support), and any message you share about your skills or availability.
• Sponsor a Cause form: full name, email, phone number, the program you wish to sponsor, and any accompanying message.
• Partner With Us form: full name, organization name, email, phone number, the type of partnership you're proposing, and your message.

We do not collect or store payment card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials on this website. Once our online payment integration is live, donations will be processed through a third-party payment gateway (such as Razorpay or a UPI provider), and that transaction is subject to the payment provider's own privacy and security practices, not ours. Until then, donors submitting the Donate form are contacted directly by our team to complete payment via bank transfer or UPI.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp to follow up on a donation, volunteer application, sponsorship, or partnership request
• Coordinate your involvement in a specific program or activity you've expressed interest in
• Issue donation receipts, and 80G tax-exemption certificates where applicable
• Maintain the Trust's internal donor, volunteer, and program records for accounting and compliance purposes
• Send occasional updates about our activities, only if you have not opted out

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We limit sharing to:

• Our payment gateway provider, solely to process a donation you initiate
• Service providers that help us run this website (hosting, email, or WhatsApp Business messaging), who are bound to use your data only to provide that service
• Government, tax, or regulatory authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information (for example, in connection with our trust registration or 80G filings)

4. Data Retention

We retain donor and volunteer records for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose they were collected for, and as required under Indian trust and tax law, including for accounting audits and 80G reporting. Records tied to a specific donation or event are typically retained for at least the statutory period required for financial record-keeping, after which they may be securely deleted or anonymized upon request.

5. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you for non-essential updates, by writing to us at the email address below. We aim to respond to all such requests within 15 business days. Note that we may need to retain certain records (such as donation receipts) even after a deletion request, where required by law.

6. Cookies

This website uses only essential, functional cookies needed for the site to work correctly (for example, remembering your selected donation amount as you fill out a form). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising, and we do not sell browsing data to third parties.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information you share with us, including restricting access to donor and volunteer data to authorized members of the Trust. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we encourage you to contact us immediately if you believe your information has been compromised.

8. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 without the involvement of a parent, guardian, or school/institutional representative (for example, in the context of our Education Support programs).
